What is the delivery time?
Orders are delivered within 5–10 business days across Ireland. Every parcel is tracked and insured.

Do you ship outside of Ireland?
Currently, free delivery is available only within Ireland. We are working on expanding our delivery zones soon.

Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 30 days to change your mind. If the product has not been used and is in its original packaging, we will refund the full amount.

How do I choose the right size?
A detailed size chart is available on every product page. Our dresses follow standard sizing, so we recommend choosing your usual size.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form.

I haven’t received a confirmation email
Please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact our customer service team and we will resend the confirmation.

Why does delivery take longer?
